We're seeing quite a few orders being marked delivered before you've received them, and orders stuck in transit. We're sorry for any inconvenience this causes! Please allow at least 7 days after the last scan date/delivered date by the post office before reaching out to us. We apologize but we are unable to ship another package out prior to 15 business days. The post office will not pay a claim before that time period. The majority of packages that we thought were lost actually ended up being delivered after we sent a replacement package. Some customers are receiving 2 packages and we are unable to be reimbursed for the first package. Thank you for your patience!
